No. Authena is a design studio - we produce the architectural plans, 3D visualisations, and design documentation. The physical renovation is carried out by a builder or contractor of your choice. We can recommend trusted contractors in Athens on request.
Yes. All our plans are designed to be handed to a licensed structural engineer for final sign-off prior to construction. We are happy to liaise directly with your engineer or architect during the design process.
Most projects are completed within 3–5 weeks from the date of confirmed instruction. More complex or larger properties may take 6–8 weeks. We provide a specific timeline with every project proposal.
Not necessarily. We work with prospective buyers who want a design feasibility study before committing to a purchase, as well as with current owners. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
We spend 30 minutes understanding your property, your goals, and your budget. We'll tell you honestly whether your project is a good fit for Authena, what package we'd recommend, and what a realistic timeline and cost looks like. There is no obligation to proceed.
Our current focus is Athens and the Attica region, where we have the deepest knowledge of the local planning environment and property market. We may consider projects in other Greek cities on a case-by-case basis - enquire to discuss.
All quoted prices are exclusive of VAT. The applicable VAT rate will be confirmed in your project proposal. We issue fully compliant Greek tax invoices for all projects.
